    Breaking Changes

	Configuration option convert_rain_to_mm has been replaced by
	convert_rain_to.

	convert_rain_to takes explicit "in" or "mm" units instead of a
	boolean true/false value.

    Now correctly handles both inch and metric rain collectors.

    Rainfall units now default to the collector's native units. Use
    convert_rain_to to override the native units.

    Reworked badge icons and increased measurement value size by 1 point
    to improve readability.
